		<description>One of the qualities a CEO candidate must have is cognitive capacity matching the level of the role and obviously not all CEO roles are equally complex.  Understanding work levels and corresponding cognitive capacity, an Elliott Jaques idea that&#039;s been around nearly 50 years, would help boards immensely.
