Bad presentations: refuse to give them.
This is in line with my other dictum, “Bad meetings: refuse to call or attend them” — of which more later.
For all the well-deserved attention given these days to doing electronic communication better, it’s my firmly held belief that the business world would be much better off if we all paid more attention to how we communicate with our colleagues, clients, peers, et al. in viva voce settings.
