A grook: “To-Do”
Surely you need some work-themed doggerel in your day, yes?
Beside my left elbow
sits a useless list
of “urgent” things to do.
It mocks my sad, half-slow
starboard-leaning list
toward a Web to-do.
What’s a grook? A short, occasional poem in a style pioneered by Danish scientist and inventor Piet Hein. (Many samples here.) Feel free to leave your own doggerel in the comments!
