The crazy dream.

There’s this crazy dream I have, in which the business headlines relay endless success stories of companies, large and small, that:
- reject shiny baubles, quick fixes, or exotic financing in favor of genuine innovation around
- remarkable products;
- brain-friendly habits and technologies for employees and end users,
- collaboration on behalf of the customer,
- smart design,
- grade-A service, and
- long-term sustainability for financial and social stakeholders;
- combine that with good, old-fashioned, we-earn-it, operational execution; and then
- communicate all that goodness in an open, honest, human, authentic way through every medium available to them, including
